Refund & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us at Ellery & Co. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we are happy to offer a refund. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for earrings so please choose carefully.

RETURNS

How to Initiate a Return:

  • To begin the return process, kindly email us at helloelleryco@gmail.com Once we have confirmed the return, please send the purchase back within 14 days.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions or are lost in transit (please obtain a tracking number) cannot be accepted, and responsibility lies with the customer.

Processing Refunds:

  • Upon receiving the returned products at our studio, we will inspect them promptly. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after inspection.

Exclusion of Refund:

  • Regrettably, we cannot provide refunds for sale items or due to a change of mind. However, we're delighted to facilitate exchanges for a more preferred item in these instances.
